perfect place for exploring las lagunas. the apartment has favourable and excellent right by many restaurants, bars, supermarkets, and historical sites as well as the old town centre.

i loved to be there, spent 3 fantastic days overall. during my stay everything was amazing and i got ironing as a compliment. the apartment had top location close to airport. .

Concepción was the best host ever. The apartment had separate bedroom and big rooms. Had a bath. The location was absolutely perfect and convenient, an easy walk from an arts theater. And we were close to a converted cinema, the city center and supermarkets...

We had a great stay at Apartamentos La Concepcion! the sunny rooftop terrace with a stunning city and ocean view was perfect for breakfast and watching the sunrise. the comfortable elevated bed with charming little windows added a special touch to the flat. It was conveniently located near a supermarket and the historical center. the host was responsive and quickly resolved any issues. the apartment was well-equipped if you wanted to cook your own meals. it was a delightful experience. Cons: No 👍.

I recently stayed at a budget-friendly hotel in the centre of the old town. The location was perfect for exploring the area, although it could get a bit noisy at times. The beds were comfortable and the owner was quick to respond to any issues, like a power cut. The highlight for me was the espresso maker - a great way to start the day! it was a good option for those on a budget with its great location and friendly owner.

I stayed at Apartamentos La Concepcion for a weekend getaway. The host was incredibly friendly and accommodated our early arrival. The apartment was clean, bright, and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed and a big TV with Netflix access. It's located just a block away from the pedestrian area and close to bus stops. The small rooftop deck was a nice bonus. a great value for less than 50€ a night.

Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

We had initially booked a one-bedroom apartment, but upon arrival, we were given a two-bedroom apartment instead. Although the two-bedroom had some negative reviews due to a damp smell, the host was quick to apologize and offered us a 50% refund. The location of the property was very convenient, and the apartment had great potential with its nice floor and cool windows. Additionally, the host was friendly and welcoming. The kitchen in the apartment was well-equipped, and the apartment itself was clean and cozy. We enjoyed our stay in this lovely little apartment.

loved my stay here in la laguna, apartamentos la concepcion was even better than before! the friendly host, comfy bed and great tv made it enjoyable. close to amenities and airport, it's the perfect location for exploring. highly recommend!

I had a wonderful stay at Apartamentos La Concepcion in La Laguna. The location was perfect, right in the historic center close to restaurants and supermarkets. The apartment was spacious and had all the necessary amenities, including a washing machine and a balcony. The owner provided a blanket and thin quilt, which was a thoughtful touch. The property manager was friendly and always available to assist. it was great value for money. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as the need for a deep clean and some issues with the TV and electricity, I would still highly recommend this hotel.
